Would you love your children to enjoy bedtime? Try out these 4 suggestions, trust me, you'll br glad you did.

1) Make their room cosy and friendly. It makes them want to spend time there.

2) Dress them in comfortable sleepwears/PJs- NOT REGULAR CLOTHES! Their brain registers that sleep time is close and comfortable sleepwear helps them sleep longer without breaks.

3) A glass of warm milk about an hour before bedtime works wonders😉

4) Give them a warm bath/ shower before bedtime. It helps relax their tense/stressed muscles.
