Diet - no. Intuitive eating for the win! No restrictions over here. No calorie or macro counting. Gym? Yes. Mostly 5 days a week.
Waist training- aim for 5 days a week. 6 if I can. Usually 6-8 hours on the days I do wear it.
I've never had results like I do now and I can't recommend this trainer enough. If you've been thinking about getting it, stop. Just get it. ❤️
