You can make the most beautiful outfit in the world but if nobody wants it, it will sit on the mannequin for years.
This was one of my mistakes I made while building my brand, business is not about what you like 👍 business is about what your customers want.
I used to tell my students something, if you have a restaurant and you are strictly selling rice and beans but when customers walk in and ask for rice and spaghetti, rice and plantain, rice beans and plantain and so on, but because you don’t have plantain or spaghetti, they all walk away.
And you discover that in a week, you have lost almost 40 clients, what will you do to get more clients the next week and afterwards.
If you are too rigid as a business owner, you will end up serving your family and friends.
