What makes Crepe Fabric special?

One thing I first consider before buying a fabric is if it's suitable and comfortable to wear in hot or humid weather. Girrrrrrl, this is Nigeria and you know there's a solution to cold weather but one will be going extreme if it's hot. May Allah save us from the punishment of hellfire
