Boriah Clothiers offers unique pieces tailored to perfection for the urban woman House of Karis (2011) was reborn in 2016 as Boriah Clothiers.

This transformation was spurred by the need for a better model to deliver satisfaction to our customers. Service delivery and total customer satisfaction are some of the values that drive our day-to-day activities and are forefront in our production process – from inception to completion.

'Strong', 'daring' and 'exceptional' are some qualifier for the Boriah Woman. She is a woman that is not moved by the tide of trend yet stylish; she's an influencer, a pacesetter.

We can say “we don’t mean to brag about this” but that would be a huge lie!

As a small business this is a big deal! We’ve been intentional about the results we wanted to see from day one. We wrote it down and little by little we are making moves to manifest it.

“Total customer satisfaction” is indeed a lofty goal. It scared me (Grace) when I wrote this down. But as they say “It isn’t a goal if it doesn’t scare you”!

This doesn’t mean that we have a 100% error free rate. It only means that when we mess up (and we do sometimes!) we own it and, make amends. Most importantly we put checks in place to ensure there’s no repeat. Now that’s why you love us!
