Sometimes, becoming is learning to embrace every part of who you are.
For our very first edition of The Becoming Table, we sat with Jannelle , a finance expert, a mother and a wife.
She designed her outfit to celebrate her anniversary to tells a beautiful story of love, identity and cultural fusion.
A beautiful blend of her Delta heritage, represented by the Akwa Ocha, and her husband’s Igbo heritage, represented by the Isi Agu.
But beyond the outfit, we had a conversation about something much deeper: BECOMING HER.
Her journey, her identity, her choices, the woman she is today and the woman she is still becoming.
Because becoming isn’t about losing yourself to fit into a new chapter. Sometimes, it’s about bringing every part of yourself together and owning your story.
