For the longest time, I looked in the mirror and wondered if my body would ever feel like mine again. No matter what I wore, the bulge remained 😔 , and I couldn't understand why 😢

Then I discovered it wasn't just "baby weight." It was DIASTASIS RECTIC...... a separation of the abdominal muscles that alot of mums experience after pregnancy.
