-No academic qualification required
-Just know how to Read and write
-This can be achieved within three to six months.
-Training fees not required
-Oyecare pay monthly stipends from third month to serious candidates
-Experienced machine operators (over 2 yrs experience) can earn between 50k and N100k per month.

Level 2- Digitization (logo/write ups)

-People at this level (known as Digitiser) are very few and in great demand
-Opportunity for employment and side hustle very high.
-Ability to read and write
-No academic qualification required
-Training fees required
This level can be achieved within One and half year
-Experienced Digitiser (over 2 yrs experience) determine their earnings

Level 3- Machine Engineer

-Machine Engineers, honest and competent ones, are very very scarce
-Opportunity to be own boss
-Opportunity to travel due to demand for skills from various parts of the country
-Ability to read and write
-No academic qualification required
-This level can be achieved within three to five years depending on seriousness and availability
-Training fees required
-Experienced Digitiser (over 2 yrs experience) determine their earnings

A serious and focused young person with no opportunity or resources for academic studies can take this path and within our years be at Level 3.
