Ganiyat Agboola is the Creative Director and founder of Ganivier Fashion Limited (). It is a fashion accessories brand that focuses on producing customer-oriented, stylish and quality unisex bags, footwear and accessories. She has successfully trained over 70 people across the country. Her trainees are also creating impacts in their territories

Ganiyat is an Ambassador and grant winner of Tosin Anibaba Memorial Fund (TAMFUND). She received THE BEST STUDENT award from the Nigerian Export Promotion Council, Oyo State Government.
She participated in various competitions and was nominated for different awards for skilled persons local and regionally. She received various business development training in Nigeria and Africa at large. She has been part of various shows and exhibitions in the fashion world.

She currently produces for fashion brands in the United Kingdom and also enjoys good patronage from the US, Germany, Ghana, South Africa, Egypt to mention a few.
