The older I get, the more i realize that growth is a decision.

A decision to stay curious.
A decision to remain teachable.
A decision to keep learning, even when you’re already good at what you do.

That decision led me to Abuja for the first cohort of textile training with

As a fashion designer, I’m constantly looking for ways to deepen my craft and not just in garment construction, but in understanding the stories, techniques, and artistry behind the fabrics themselves.

This experience challenged me, inspired me, and reminded me that there is always another level to grow into.
Here’s a glimpse into the journey.

Part 1: The Journey.

One thing I’ve learned is that growth doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it looks like showing up again, creating again, trying again. Even when you’re still figuring things out.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come and even more excited about where I’m going. To everyone building something with their hands, heart, and faith… keep going. Your consistency will speak for you one day.

Cheers to a beautiful and productive week ahead

I almost didn’t post this video because dancing on my page isn’t something I normally do. 😅

But then I realized… this moment is bigger than dancing.

A lot of people know me as a fashion designer, but lately, I’ve been stretching beyond sewing into fabric artistry. Learning color, texture, dyeing, marbling, and how fabric itself can become the main character before the outfit is even created.

So this video?
It’s a little glimpse of joy in the middle of growth.

Behind every smile here are long hours of learning, experimenting, getting things wrong, starting again, and allowing myself become more than “just a designer.”

I’m becoming a fabric designer too.
A creator of wearable art. 🎨

And honestly? My clients are blessed because they’re not just getting clothes from me anymore… they’re getting originality, depth, and pieces created from the fabric up.
