A leftover Ankara prints we almost overlooked birthed this design.

We had finished sewing customers orders for the week and had about two yards left from the Ankara bundles we bought.
Few days later, a customer walked in requesting for an emergency outfit for an event she had in two days; she wanted something comfortable but different, smart, and fashionable. Being part of the servers and organizers of the event she was attending, we had to create something she would look good in with minimal accessories, she had to look catchy without too much effort.

On AI model, our sunshine dress came to life.

Oh! that pressure we all have experienced, and at some point you wonder why you choose "this path".

STYLE PERSONALITY.

A fashion designer's job goes beyond creating,innovating designs and styling clients; one of the job descriptions is Decoding or Learning the 'Style personality' of clients.

Customers can be;
📌 Simple and elegant
📌 Flamboyant, extravagant
📌Sassy, dramatic
📌Calm,but classy
📌 Detailed, wants to stand out etc.

And then there's the client who can't describe their taste in words,but if a designer is observant; He/She can decode each customers style taste from the consistent sewing orders they make.

This AI inspired lace outfit, is simple and elegant. It's giving, "Quiet Class".........Just my taste.
