This year I no dey gree for anybody😂
I was inside a keke napep with two other ladies at the back.
The two ladies were having a conversation in my dialect "gbagyi"
I'm sure they didn't know I was hearing everything they were saying 😄
From their conversation, one of them was having a wedding soon and she was telling the other one that her husband-to-be has given her money for everything she needs and the only thing that is stressing her to get is a professional turbanist to make auto gele for her wedding.
While I was sitted listening to their conversations concerning getting a souvenir.... in my head I was saying, "una know no say na madam turban dey sit down here with una".
I was thinking of how to tell them that I make beautiful turbans. how to market myself without sounding like I'm intruding...
Then I remember this year's mantra "no gree for anybody"
I quickly faked a call and in that call I was doing as though I was talking about my business to a customer.
After the call, one of the ladies gave me a look and I looked away immediately so it won't look like I know...
Then the other one asked me. Aunty please do you make auto gele???
Immediately she asked it was like she just gave me a blank cheque.... na so I begin market my self inside Keke o. I showed her lots of pictures and she was glued.
We exchanged phone number and address.
The next day, they landed in my office and we sealed a deal.
Yesso💃💃💃 I no gree to lose customers. This year we go harder and better.
To every Hardworking woman here, you will make massive sales this year.
