Stretch marks are a natural part of many bodies. They happen when the skin stretches quickly—during growth, pregnancy, weight changes, or muscle gain—causing tiny tears in the skin’s deeper layer. At first, they may appear red, purple, or dark brown, and over time they usually fade to lighter lines.
Having stretch marks does not mean your skin is unhealthy or unattractive. They are simply signs that your body has grown, changed, and adapted. While creams and oils can help keep the skin moisturized and may improve appearance, no treatment can completely erase them—and that’s okay.
✨ Stretch marks are not flaws; they are stories written on the skin, reminders of strength, growth, and life’s transitions.
