LOVE - PROOF OF OUR HEAVENLY CANDIDACY.
Tobit 6:9-12; 7:1, 9-12;16; 8:4-9A, PS 128:1-5, 2Tim 1:10; Mk 12:28-32
Love is and will be. Love created the world, sustains the world and prospers the world. Love is the nature of God shared with all his creature Man. Man (you and I) is created in love to love. Love God, love our fellows. Love recovers the broken and scattered beads of the string of human relationship at the vertical and horizontal dimensions and fixes it back. Love recovers what the devil stole, purifies and absorbs it. Love - though our nature, is also a commandment of God. Why does God need to command us again to love him and neighbor if not that the devil corrupted Man with his selfish nature and orientation. Dear friends, do you want to take back what the devil stole, live your pilgrimage Life here and enter into the kingdom of God? Love. Jesus said to the scribe who defined the commandment of love - you are not far from the kingdom. If proper definition of love can bring one close to the kingdom, living the commandment will make one fully integrated into the kingdom of God. I know you have the commandment of love, is your love with sincerity? Has it enabled you to sn**ch from the mouth of the lion that which is your right?
Lord, you commanded us to love, even as you love us, give us your spirit of love to over come the powers of the fallen human nature of selfishness. Amen. Shalom
