"Two years ago, I got a call to make a traditional outfit for a beauty queen competing in a pageant. The brief was simple: ‘Make something elegant, cultural, and unforgettable.’
So I got to work, sketching, sourcing, sewing… and praying the outfit would do her justice.
Fast forward to the competition the dress won Best Traditional Wear
Yes, my work stood out on stage, in a hall filled with beautiful dresses.
And yes, I did a little happy dance when I got the news! 😄💃🏽
That moment reminded me of something:
