The problem?
Nice content. No strategy. No direction.

Today, we are writing about partners treating one another well in their relationships. The very same day, my boss is supporting Yul Edochie and cussing Judy Austin.
See, your business page is NOT for trolling! You can follow trends without trolling or taking sides.

✅️ You’re posting without a clear offer: this is the reason why you get bored and tired of the whole social media thingy.

✅️ Your content is about you, not your audience: your focus should be about how to help your audience and not how much you spend on data.

✅️You’re not telling people what to do next: you should have a clear call to action. Tell your audience what to do with the offer you are dishing out.

That’s the problem with most small businesses on social media. Your brand message is not clear.
Here’s how to fix it:

✅️ Be obvious about what you do
Don’t confuse people.
Say it clearly: who you help, what you offer, and the result you bring. I give clarity to business owners who are new on social media.

✅️ Stop posting randomly
Your content should follow a clear pattern.
Pick 3–4 content themes and stick to them—this is how people remember you.

✅️ Talk like your audience
Drop the “big grammar.”
Speak to their real struggles.
Make them feel seen.

Because the truth is…
If people don’t understand your brand, they won’t trust it.
And if they don’t trust it, they won’t buy.

Using the hashtag to your advantage as a business owner.
Online marketing has gone beyond just posting your goods and products. You should also ask yourself whether you are searchable!

Yesterday, I was on one of the most popular social media platforms. I was looking for an influencer. I did not even think twice, I typed out the keywords that I needed, using the hashtag sign ( #). But to my biggest suprise, all the big influencers there were not using hashtags at all!

The suggestions that were brought to my search were from the upcoming influencers with less than a thousand followers.

The only big brand influencer that popped up after a very long search, she has over 300k followers. But guess what? My message has been lying in her inbox for close to 24 hours now, and there's no response yet!

The reality here is that, even if you have 1 billion followers, it still doesn't mean that everybody will know you. So start using keywords and hashtags that resonate with your brand. This will make searching for you to be easier.
