Keeping records doesn't have to be complicated. You can use a notebook, an exercise book, or your phone.

Create these five sections:
Date
Customer Name
Outfit
Amount Paid
Balance
Delivery Date
5 Aug
Grace
Corporate Dress

15 Aug
Also keep:

Expenses: Fabric, thread, zips, transport, electricity.

Income: Every payment you receive from
customers.

Measurements: Name, bust, waist, hip, shoulder, sleeve, and length.

Orders: New orders, due dates, and delivery status.

Debts: Customers who still owe you and suppliers you need to pay.

At the end of every day:
Record all money received.
