WHO IS WRONG HERE? 👀

A customer ordered a luxury bra from Shalomwin Empire Un**es on Monday night and said:

“Please, I NEED this tomorrow. I’m travelling on Wednesday.”

No problem. We understood the urgency.

Tuesday morning, we prioritised her order. By 8am, the rider was already at her address with her package.

The rider called her several times.

No answer.

He waited for almost ONE HOUR before eventually returning the package.

Around 11am, the customer called and said:
“I was sleeping. You should have called me before sending the rider.”
We explained what happened and offered her two options:

Option 1: We resend the package, but she pays another delivery fee because the first delivery attempt had already been made.

Option 2: Since we had a meeting around her area the next day, we could personally bring the package to her FREE OF CHARGE.

She refused both options.

She wanted the bra that Tuesday, and she didn't want to pay another delivery fee.
Then came the statement:

“DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHO YOU’RE TALKING TO?”

😳

We maintained that we had done our part. The order was processed, dispatched and the rider waited at the agreed address.

She got angry.

And eventually…
SHE BLOCKED US.

Now, business owners and customers, let's settle this one. 😂

1️⃣ Should the business have called the customer BEFORE sending the rider, even though the customer specifically requested urgent delivery?

2️⃣ Should the customer pay another delivery fee when the rider arrived but couldn't reach her?

3️⃣ Was Shalomwin Empire Un**es wrong, or was the customer wrong?

4️⃣ And most importantly… what would YOU have done if you were the business owner?
