Email Automation Project Completed!

Last week, I worked on a Google Sheets โ†’ Make.com โ†’ Gmail automation that helps business owners send instant intro emails without lifting a finger โ€” and Iโ€™m excited to share how it went.

The goal was simple:
๐Ÿ‘‰ Add a new contact to Google Sheets
๐Ÿ‘‰ Automatically send a personalized intro email
๐Ÿ‘‰ Mark the contact as โ€œSentโ€ so no duplicates go out

Using Make.com, I created a seamless workflow that:

I) Watches for new rows added in Google Sheets
II) Pulls the contactโ€™s Name and Email
III) Sends an intro email through Gmail/business email
IV) Updates the sheet automatically with โ€œSent = Yโ€
V) Includes filters so it only sends to the right contacts
VI) Adds a delay module to keep sends organized
VII) Fully tested with sample contacts for accuracy

I also created a short guide so the client can easily add new contacts or adjust the scenario anytime.

Recently, I helped a client import their existing CRM data into ๐†๐จ๐‡๐ข๐ ๐ก๐‹๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ, ensuring that every lead, contact, and deal record was properly organized and mapped to the right fields : ๐ฌ๐š๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ฆ ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ž๐ž๐ค.

So, I took charge of the process and:
i) Cleaned and formatted all contact and lead data
ii) Mapped every field correctly from the old CRM into GoHighLevel

iv) Tested workflows and pipelines to ensure everything worked perfectly

Just finished setting up a GoHighLevel form and workflow automation for a client, and Iโ€™m really happy with how it turned out.

The client wanted a simple way to collect leads and make sure notifications happen automatically โ€” without having to chase anyone or manually respond every time.
