Wait o, so in 2026, you people still tell apprentice to kneel down, I was thinking we have passed this level. So I was in a vehicle this morning with slight traffic on the road, we drove passed a signage workshop, and in front of the shop was this adult told to kneel down, while oga and other apprentice was busy with their work and I was surprised that some ogas still do this. I really don't know the boys offense but as for me, that is the last thing that can ever happen in my workshop. I think there are better approach to discipline. What do you think after carefully reading this. Do you still practice this form of discipline today as an oga(boss)?
