Stress is a time to reasses how you are structured.
If you take a break and still come back to dive into existing pattern or procedure, then be assured to fall into STRESS easily
Now here are few things you can do to reduce stress
* always have a to-do list.
*start your day with the most important task
* know when you are vibrant and energetic, that's when you are likely to be more productive
* do away with unnecessary distractions, this tends to mess with your mental health, because at the end of the day you start wondering what you've done with your time.
* please rest, take a break. Dont wait till your body ask for it, take time to relax and let your body systems rejuvenate.
It's mid week already, but you can still restructure and have a productive week.
