I successfully decluttered my workspace today.

It was time to let go of those little fabrics that had piled up to make a mess of the place. You know those ones that feel like they'd be useful someday.😂 I let them all go today.

Would have taken a picture but guy.....it was an eyesore.🤦🏽‍♀️😂 Can't lie, it feels good working in a clean environment.

HABIT 3: "Documenting instead of disappearing".

I used to disappear whenever things felt uncertain.
If a design wasn’t perfect, If orders were slow, If I was still figuring things out. I would go quiet. I felt it was the safest thing to do.

I thought I had to wait until everything looked polished before showing up again. Until I had a perfect design. Until I felt confident. Until it all made sense.

But building a brand doesn’t happen in perfect seasons.

It happens in the messy middle.
In the half-cut fabrics, In the late adjustments, In the lessons that don’t always look like wins. So now, instead of disappearing, I’m documenting.

I’m sharing the sketches before the final stitch. The process before the applause. The growth before the glow-up. Because the journey matters just as much as the outcome.

And I’ve realized something — people don’t just connect with results. They connect with honesty. With effort. With evolution.
Harvy’s Hub isn’t just about finished pieces. It’s about the process behind them.

So I’m choosing to stay visible — even while I’m still building.

HABIT 2: "Creating structure for my days".

I’ve realized something uncomfortable — talent alone is not enough.

You can be creative. Skilled. Full of ideas but without structure, those ideas stay unfinished and without routine, time slips away.

For a long time, I relied on inspiration. If I felt motivated, I worked. If I didn’t, I waited.
But building a brand doesn’t respond to feelings — it responds to systems.

So I’m creating simple structure for my days.
Not rigid schedules that overwhelm me. Not pressure to do everything at once. Just clear priorities.

Time to design.
Time to sew.
Time to respond to customers.
Time to rest.
Structure is not restriction — it’s support.
It protects my focus, my energy and my growth.

I’m learning that discipline isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what matters, consistently.

(I'd share them today, tomorrow and next.)

The first is, "Showing up even when I don’t feel ready".

I used to wait until I felt confident, clear, and prepared but progress doesn’t wait for perfect conditions. Most times, clarity comes after action — not before it. I’m learning to act first and adjust along the way.

Showing up unsure is still showing up and consistency matters more than feeling ready. Progress over perfection. Every time.😚

Showing up imperfectly is teaching me discipline, courage, and growth.

For a while, I shared bits and pieces of my journey everywhere, without structure. But I’ve learned something important: growth needs a home.
