On the 17th of May, Vintage Kadijk was at the Gokoku Shrine flea market in Fukuoka, Japan. So many stalls with trinkets, vintage items and delicious food! We left the market after several hours with some glass animal figurines and a stack of old postcards from popular Japanese destinations such as Nara, mount A*o, Kamakura and Amanohashidate.

Today VintageKadijk was at Museum JAN in Amstelveen (). What an impressive collection of studio art glass. We were in seventh heaven.

New on the shelves: a rare Belgian oil lamp by Lempereur & Bernard from the 1900s, made from manganese glass.

On Saturday, Vintage Kadijk was in Düsseldorf, Germany! We visited the flea markets at Aachener Platz and Schützenplatz Benrath, and the indoor Markthallen Hallenflohmarkt at Im Dahlacker 70. We brought home several vintage treasures, among which a Murano glass rabbit figurine, a large burl wood box and a set of old prints featuring German city landscapes 🇩🇪
