💡Afgelopen week hadden we een kennis vraag over de hik.

Het tweede antwoord was juist! ✅

🧠Wetenschappers hebben namelijk ontdekt dat elke hij een golf van hersenactiviteit veroorzaakt. Die hij betekent dus eigenlijk dat het zenuwstelsel van je baby keihard aan het werk is en leert hoe het de ademhalingsspieren moet aansturen.

That’s what some retailers told us when we first showed this color.
Now it’s become one of the most loved shades in our summer collection.

Early alarm at 5:30 today 🥱

Day shift at the hospital.
Today I cared for a family with a six-day-old baby. Hospital number three for these parents.
Three hospitals, six days, and still no one had answered the most basic questions. ❓

Not because nobody cared. But because they’d been given instructions without the why behind them.

The moment I explained the why, something shifted. They looked at me like it was the most obvious thing in the world. And maybe it is. 💫

The mom looked at me and said: “Oh. But now I understand”

That’s all it takes sometimes. Not more information. Just the reason behind it.
