MONDAY RECAP; slowly working myself into Summer with a mild focus on cane, espadrilles and yellow. Visiting Ibiza makes it easy to embrace the warm tone everywhere, the beautiful food, the contrast between the bright white buildings and their woodwork, while at home we started receiving items for High Summer. My deep love for yellow in interior and decoration started with Dries van Noten, seeing the frontdoor of his L.A boutique painted lemon yellow and I was smitten by the strenght of it. A simple vase, a cushion, a flower can add so much to a room. Same goes for fashion, just add an accessory in yellow and it pops. Add a raffia bag and it is Summer.

FIRST TIME IBIZA; as I never visited the island and always was a Mallorca fan I never believed Ibiza would be equally nice. Who would have thought;
we stayed 4 days in the North, with its beautiful nature, friendly people, turquoise beaches and amazing foodscene.
A walk along the coast, a swim in a quiet beach and enjoying fresh food in a beautiful gardens or in a beach with sunset. My first days in Northern Ibiza were exactly that. Will be back to see more of this beautiful part of the island. Tips are more then welcome.

Started shooting our summer items, we had a intimate and private viewing in to see the Devil Wears Prada with likeminded fashionista’s, superproud to be featured during the pressday of .baas with , my favorite summer market started this Friday at Amstelveld.
And long overdue: Antwerp this weekend for appointments and , dinner with friends and to see the beautiful exhibition of Anthony Gormley .

PRIVATE VIEWING of our favorite fashion film The Devil Wears Prada 2 yesterday. Spotted 3 Dries van Noten coats, some Khaite, one Haider Ackerman and lots of celebrities like Donatella in it. Did not disappoint and we especially enjoyed our female group of fashionistas!
