How is it possible that it is such a perfect, suncovered day, when Natasja's new design is launched? Well, I guess it is because this Yua top, is perfect wear on a day like this.
Airy, comfortable and elegant.... And so much fun to knit!

Diamonds are forever!

What a beautiful new design by Natasja Hornby this Stilla! !
Starting with an extraordinary diamond shaped colorwork yoke, accomplished to a complete sweater by filling in the lower bodypart ánd the sleeves with short rows.

I had the honour testknit this treasure and see all the other beautiful Stilla's. Just check to see them 'for your eyes only' hihi

Here comes the sun....

Finished this perfect spring and believe it or not, when I put it on this morning, a sunny day started! Probably due to the fact that it is designed by from Italy ☀️
Knitted with Fraya Thoughtful, a blend of bamboo and silk.

After some serious Xmas knitting, my new shawl design LYSSE is entrusted to broad daylight today, for the very first time.
LYSSE is an old Scandinavian word that means little light or tiny flame, and if you take a close look you can notice some little flames in the pattern. In the cold and dark days of the season, LYSSE will provide you with warmth!

I knitted my shawl with a yarn of pure and natural alpaca/wool mix.

Bring on the flowers!

Today is release day of this brand-new shawl knitting design by ! Miley is absolutely bright, bold & beautiful!

Instead of buying yourself flowers you could chose to knit them, and those will bloom for you forever! Miley shawl is full of them…
The flowerpetals edges are knitted in cable technique and filled in with either stockinette and grain stitches. The flowers are embedded in a broken rib structured surface…reminding of bas-reliëf in sculpture.

Grateful I am of having been part of the testknitter's group for Miley. It was again great pleasure! (Thank you, dear Natasja and Brigitte!)

was already with me this summer, on our roadtrip in Denmark. We had to cope with the strong winds of storm Floris when we went for a stroll through Vejers dunes....so a comfy woollen sweater was very welcome. And I didn't mind the timeless classy appearance of this cabled one!
When I first saw this design of Neive by , I immediately fell in love and I was so happy when I got the opportunity to be part of the testknitteam.
I sincerely congratulate Natasja with the pattern coming alive today!

Meet 'Agmen' ...my latest design. No knitting this time but a minimal, crocheted, roomy 'scoutshawl'
A bit strange to introduce her in this time of year when Fall is around the the corner, but there will be enough days like today... with loads of sunshine and a summery temperature of 27 °C!
And besides, by the time pattern writing by me is finished and you start crocheting it will be almost Spring, I guess. I'll try my best to do the job as quickly as possible.
