⚠️ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 – 𝗜𝗻𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝗔𝗹𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗮𝘀

In August, we shared information with our community and posted a product recall notice on our website regarding the Inkari Plush Alpacas. Today, we're sharing an additional public notice in cooperation with U.S. safety authorities to help ensure this reaches all customers who may still be affected.

🧸 The recall involves Mini, Small, Medium, and Large Inkari Plush Alpaca toys sold between 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟬 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, including Naturals, Baristas, Rainbow, Monsterfluffs, and Limited Editions.

➡️ These toys were incorrectly labelled as suitable for young children. Testing showed that the plastic eyes may detach, violating the small parts ban and creating a choking hazard, which could pose a risk of serious injury or death to young children.

Please stop using the toys immediately and follow the instructions on our website to request a full refund.
