A very candid selfie by from behind the scenes at Giovanni LARP in the UK. Since her run from last year she has asked me to add a flowing silk wrap to her costume, which drapes gently over her dress. The soft and luxurious black silk has a deep lustre and drapes so beautifully. It was a joy to work with, and it adds such a lovely detail to her gown as well.

Trying out some new shapes. This little number was a sample for a new pattern and it was so cute we decided to add some trim, some pretty clasps, and finish it!

(Also: it has pocketsesssss)

Made in 100% wool it's a perfect top for when it cools down when the sun goes down. Available in 12 colours!

Vandaag is de laatste dag van stagiaire Chantalien! Ze heeft het echt heel goed gedaan en ik zal haar enorm gaan missen. Dit jaar moet ze nog één keer stage lopen en dan is ze klaar!

Chantalien wil heel graag verder met styling dus zal nog even verder studeren aan en ik weet zeker dat ze een hele leuke tijd gaat hebben in haar verdere loopbaan ⭐️

This is always the most inspiring step... picking out a trim to go with a tunic. Because this is when it stops just being two colours and starts to become a *whole*. A trim can make or break a garment by clashing ...or connecting.
