Iron Heart designed this season’s plaids to offer a sort of “greatest hits”, inspired by some of Iron Heart most popular UHF colourways from over the years. Unlike previous 9oz flannels — which were rope- and sulphur-dyed to allow for fading — these fabrics are woven with more reactive-dyed yarns for a more colourfast finish.

With only four shuttle looms in Japan capable of producing these intricate patterns (which require switching the weft yarn mid-weave), Iron Heart SS26 shirts are among the most distinctive Japanese-made flannels available this season!

So Guys, don’t wait too long if you want to grab one of these great summer flannels!

Hey guys, they’re finally here! The 634S in 21oz from our friends at Iron Heart!! Truly an iconic pair of IH jeans. We last had these in stock 7 months ago, so we are super stoked to have them back.

We also received the new Summer Flannel Shirts, made from 9oz unbrushed twill weave. What makes these so special? There are only 4 shuttle looms in Japan capable of weaving these intricate patterns. In short: highly unique!
The purple one comes in the Western version, while the blue and orange are Work Shirt styles.
As you guys know, Iron Heart shirt runs are very limited, and I won’t be able to re-order them.

Hey Guys, New in this amazing Iron Heart 10.5oz Mechanic Jacket! I am wearing an XL because of the layers I have on, but with just a shirt or T-shirt, the Large fits well too. This is definitely the perfect jacket for right now.

Paying homage to the classic mechanic jackets of the 1950s and ’60s, Iron Heart zippered work jacket is cut for a slightly more relaxed fit than a Type III, while still tailored for a contemporary silhouette.

This model is made from 10.5oz Japanese herringbone twill — a fabric rooted in vintage workwear and renowned for the durability provided by its distinctive zig-zag weave. Like Iron Heart popular hickory stripe and Wabash fabrics, this herringbone is woven with rope-dyed indigo warp yarns, so you can expect its appearance to fade and evolve with subtle vintage character to complement the retro cut.

The 7oz Cotton-Linen Indigo Chambray Western Shirt

This classic western shirt, cut from a lightweight 7oz cotton/linen chambray. By blending 65% cotton and 35% linen, this creates a softer, more breathable chambray fabric while maintaining the rugged characteristics expected of an Iron Heart fabric. The warp yarns are indigo-dyed and paired with a 100% linen light grey weft, giving the fabric a dark indigo hue when new, which will lighten and fade with beautiful vintage character as the shirt ages.

▪️4.8oz Nylon Type L-2B Jacket
First issued to US Air Force pilots in the early 1950s, the Type L-2B flight jacket was originally designed as a lightweight alternative to the bulky MA-1. By stripping away non-essential pockets and heavy insulation, the L-2B was much sleeker than its predecessors, offering pilots enhanced comfort and manoeuvrability while in the cockpit. However, like many military surplus designs, this now iconic jacket was quickly embraced by the American youth subcultures of the 1960s, permeating pop culture where it remains a staple of rebel fashion to this day.

▪️7.5oz Selvedge Corduroy Western Shirt - Indigo
Iron Heart’s classic western shirt, cut from 7.5oz selvedge corduroy. With a tight wale count of 14 — indicating the number of ridges per inch — this is a stiffer, crunchier fabric than that used in previous corduroy shirts. Combined with indigo rope-dyed warp and weft yarns, the result is a shirt with exciting fade potential, promising high-contrast evolution to highlight the texture of its three-dimensional weave. Finished with black snap fastenings, tonal stitching, and internal yellow bobbin thread for a pop of colour.
