b. Items received unused(without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition;
c. Lingerie and final sale items are not in the range of return or exchange;
d. My return was processed but I wasn't refunded my delivery charge? Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
