Nordic Wool Adventures is a shop run by me, Sara. Inspired by traditional Scandinavian design. I started knitting in Autumn 2014 when I started to work in the outdoors in Northern Norway. Moving to Norway, I wanted to learn about the culture and the traditions of this spectacular country and it's people. Knitting has a long history in Norway starting in the early 1600s. This and the very long cold

winters, where temperatures sometimes drop to 40/50 below, made me want to learn this craft. After hours and hours of practise I finally held my own handmade pair of warm gloves in my hands. That is where everything started. With my products I want to ensure that you will keep warm on any adventure you do! All my products are 100% handmade.
