👶✨ Semolina Porridge for Tiny Tummies ✨🥣
Ingredients:
1/4 cup semolina
1 cup milk (you can use breast milk, formula, or cow's milk)
1 ripe banana, mashed
A dash of cinnamon (optional)
Fresh fruits for topping (blueberries, strawberries, or banana slices)
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, bring the milk to a gentle boil over medium heat.
Gradually add the semolina to the boiling milk while stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer the mixture, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes or until the porridge thickens to a smooth consistency.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the mashed banana. Add a dash of cinnamon for extra flavor if desired.
Allow the porridge to cool slightly before serving.
