My good friend Espen bought this cool jacket but the look of it was simple, so he requested a subtle yet modern enhancement. I introduced a brown velvet insert on the front panel, creating depth and contrast. This minimal adjustment brought new character to the piece, resulting in a refined and contemporary finish.
He definitely loved the new look of it .

✨ A truly special project has come to a close. ✨
This exquisite couture dress featured nine delicate layers, each of which had to be individually shortened by 20 cm—a process that required extreme precision and care.

The waistline was taken in by 2 cm on each side, and countless hours of hand stitching went into ensuring every detail was perfect. After the structural adjustments, all the original embellishments—sparkling crystals and intricate floral appliqués—were meticulously reattached by hand.

Every layer now falls flawlessly into place, perfectly even, as if cut by laser.
This was a high-value piece with zero margin for error, and the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail it demanded was immense.

My client’s favorite jacket had unfortunately become too tight and uncomfortable to wear. To resolve this, I carefully selected a high-quality fabric that matched the original design perfectly.

I meticulously deconstructed the jacket, redesigned the pattern, and crafted new sleeves and a back panel to expand its size while maintaining its original aesthetic. This complex alteration increased the jacket by two sizes, ensuring a perfect and comfortable fit.

The transformation was a complete success, and the client was absolutely thrilled with the result.

I recently undertook a major transformation on a suede leather jacket, shortening its length by 20 cm. This alteration was no simple task—it required dismantling the entire jacket piece by piece. I carefully removed the zipper, resized it to match the new length, and crafted completely new front pockets at a higher position. Every stitch was redone from scratch, including the full reconstruction of the lining.

This meticulous process demanded precision and exceptional attention to detail, almost like performing a complex surgery. Yet, the result is remarkable—a revitalized, stylish jacket that looks as if it were custom-made from the very beginning.

Projects like this truly reflect my growth as a tailor, showcasing the expertise gained through years of dedicated craftsmanship. It’s incredibly rewarding to see hard work and experience come together in such challenging yet fulfilling transformations.

Replacing the lining of the hood on this puffer jacket ,I have to admit that was really challenging both splitting it up and Stitching the new piece.
