Small description/history:
Faia Accessories started in 2009 with making and selling home made necklaces and earrings made out of plastic Hama beads. These went crazy popular for a while, and Gry wanted to expand her creativity and made a jewelry shop on epla.no. Gry has 3
years of art education, where she did a lot of different type of art with painting, drawing etc, and also making silver rings at school. She wanted as a young girl to be a gold/silversmith some day, but those dreams never came true. With working at 3 different goldsmith stores in Kristiansund and Trondheim, she has a lot of experience with high quality jewelry. Designing accessories as a hobby, her dream is now as close as it gets. She is mounting earrings and necklaces, putting everything beautifully together, and spending hours searching for the right materials, beads and gemstones. Using a lot of natural stones, crystals, wood, glass and leather in the jewelry. Inspired by trends and personal taste in styles and colours. She's had several stands at Søndagsmarkedet på Blå, a lot of julemarked/christmas markets, and had a stand at festivals such as Enebakk feriekoloni 2009, and Sommerøya Elektronika Festival in 2016. Also the metal materials are tested with nickel test, earhooks are nickel and lead free surgical steel.
