Hola,

I'm Sandra, a professional seamstress from Costa Rica and mother of two beautiful boys ❤️

My journey in tailoring began at age five, inspired by my godmother's dressmaking. By ten, my dream was clear: to create my own "pretty dresses" shop, starting with my Barbies. ✨

At thirteen, I was already a tailor in a Costa Rican factory for major brands like Calvin Klein. Driven by a desire for more, I moved to the U.S. Though I didn't speak English, I quickly adapted, eventually finding my place at "Bridals by Lori", the setting for "Say Yes to the Dress."

As filming for the show's first season began, I relocated to Norway with my husband, facing yet another cultural adjustment.

In 2017, I founded SMC Bridal Stylist in Oslo, establishing my career here. The Soul Design is the exciting next step in this dream that began so many years ago.
