Essential Hand Care Tips for CrossFitters ❕

• Tips: Clean and dry skin, then wrap tape snugly (not too tight) around thumbs or sensitive areas.

🤟 Prevent Injuries: Use grips and our Tough Thumb tape to reduce friction and avoid tears.

🤟 Moisturize Regularly: Keep hands hydrated to prevent cracks with athlete-specific creams, especially after workouts and before bed.

🤟 Daily Routine:
• Wash & Dry: Use mild soap and dry hands well.
• Inspect for Tears: Check regularly for early signs of wear.
• Moisturize: Use a natural, strong cream designed for thick skin.

🤟 Callus Care:
• File Calluses: Use a pumice stone or callus remover to avoid tearing.

Let’s get to know each other! Who are we behind the Tough Thumb brand? We’re a family—Toms, Kitija, and our little girl, who is our brand’s biggest supporter. We discovered Crossfit back in 2016 when Kitija’s parents invited us to join them and try this cool thing, and we fell in love with it immediately.

For us, this is a family venture. This brand is so much more than just products; it’s about being part of a community, spending time with dear friends, and meeting new people. We love participating in competitions and seeing you perform your best on the competition floor. As a new brand, it’s incredibly rewarding to see you lift your PRs with our tape on or wearing our sweatbands. Seeing you use our products is our greatest compliment, and your kind words warm our hearts ❤️
