Hack #7: The arms and body are knitted slightly shorter and the rib edges slightly longer.

This sweater is knitted in a size 5. I used 15 skeins.

With the Hack it Sweater you can design your very own sweater by making simple changes to the basic instructions. Different «hacks» described in the instructions help you to create exactly the expression you want in your sweater. The variations range from different yarn compositions to altered constructions on the sleeves and neckline. Only your imagination sets the limits here.

The basic instruction of the Hack It Sweater is a classic raglan sweater, which has a slightly wider fit at the body. It is worked top down in Finull and Alpakka Lin from Rauma. First you work the ribbing at the neckline. Then short rows are worked on the front piece, including raglan increases for the sleeves. The sleeves are then worked with decreases, before both the body and sleeves end with ribbed cuffs.

Hack It Jacket 🌈

This version is knitted with the following hacks:
- Hack #1: The jacket is knitted using Påfugl from Dale.
- Hack : This jacket is knitted with no neck/front pieces.
- Hack #9: The jacket is knitted with stripes.

Size and yarn amount:
The jacket is knitted in a size 2 and for that size 330g leftover yarn from Påfugl was used (approximately 7 skeins).

With the Hack it Jacket you can design your very own cardigan by making simple changes to the basic instructions. Hack It Jacket 🤩💯

Norsk oppskrift er publisert på Ravelry og www.rilleruth.com.

Med Hack It Jacket kan du selv designe din helt unike cardigan ved å gjøre enkle endinger i grunnoppskriften. Du vil få beskrevet ulike «hacks» som hjelper deg å finne akkurat det uttrykket du vil ha. Det kan være alt fra forskjellige garnalternativer til endringer i konstruksjonen av ermer og hals. Her er det bare fantasien som setter grenser - the sky is the limit.

Grunnoppskriften til Hack It Jacket har sitt utgangspunkt i en helt basic raglankonstruksjon, men med en litt mer oversized bol. Den strikkes ovenfra og ned, i Vams fra Rauma. Først strikkes det en ribbkant til halsen. Videre gjøres det vendinger på forstykket og raglanøkninger til ermene. Det gjøres fellinger på ermene og både bol og ermer avsluttes med ribbkanter. Til slutt plukkes det opp masker til knappestolpe.

Et annet enkelt grep for å endre jakkas uttrykk er å strikke den i striper. Du kan strikke tykke striper, tynne striper, du kan ha to eller flere farger, du kan ha et system i stripene eller de kan være helt tilfeldige.

Another possibility to change the jacket design is stripes. You can work thick or thin stripes, you can use two or multiple colors and you can repeat the stripes systematically or random.
