She has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Brand Management and landed double internships in Australia last year, before coming back to Oslo for her next journey. ⁣⁠⁣⁠

She is currently balancing her work life with her other job as a Restaurant General Manager. Although she has a lot on her plate and is constantly busy, she enjoys doing many things at the same time 🤹🏻‍♀️ ⁣⁠⁣⁠

In her spare time, she likes to either stay indoors to watch TV shows/YouTube or go out with her friends for some good R&B music 🎶

Anjali is the founder of Parampara and she varies her hats between CEO/CTO/CPO as frequently as required for a startup. She is a nerd with a PhD in physics followed by 20 years of working within the high tech industry. ⁣⁠⁣⁠

On a regular basis, she gets asked why and how she ended up as an entrepreneur in the fashion world. Because of this, she is getting better at telling her story of how her passion for sustainability and design drove her into the idea that Parampara is today.⁣⁠⁣⁠

Meet Leonie, the woman behind her self-titled vintage store in Kiel, Germany, who also happens to be our partner store on Parampara. We asked her about her thoughts on overconsumption in fashion and the reason why she decided to open up a store of her own. ⠀⁣⠀

«In the many years I have spent thrifting, I am alarmed at how many good pieces of clothing from fast fashion brands are landing on the racks in recent years, which means that A) people are just throwing out and consuming faster, and B) all of these items have not nearly lived their timespan.
