For the 4th time in a row we were lucky enough to be able to come to Tromsø in Norway to do our annual product testing and some amazing skiing. We were blessed with one of the best blue bird day of the seasons trusting the local guides feeback. Heimat products held up the test and we were all impressed how well our merino layers compared to more technical nylon fabrics. We will share a couple of impressions from they trip in the next posts. more than a place — a feeling of belonging and calm. That feeling lives in the landscapes around Liepe, northeast of Berlin — a region shaped by rivers, forests, and time.

The area that was once famous for trade and life along the Oder River, is now known for it's old paths, quiet villages, and stone farmhouses that have seen generations.

When Berlin feels too loud. You come here to slow down — to fish and swim in the river, cook over a swinging grill, gather around bonfires, and breathe in the scent of pine and open air.

To finish off our summer holidays we were invited by our very good friends from Berlin to spend the weekend in there Summer house in Brandenburg.
