FASHION SHOULD FEEL GOOD.

Much of the global fashion industry is opaque, exploitative and environmentally damaging and desperately needs revolutionary change. We love fashion, but we don’t want our clothes to come at the cost of people or our planet.

On 24 April 2013, the Rana Plaza building in Bangladesh collapsed. 1,138 people died and another 2,500 were injured, making it the fourth largest industrial disaster in history.

That’s when Fashion Revolution was born.

Fashion Revolution Week is a campaign in April, which happens during the same week in the memory of Rana Plaza.

Today, both people and the environment suffer as a result of the way fashion is made, sourced and consumed.

This needs to change.

We are glad to be a part of this revolution and also encourage people across to ask brands ‘Who made my clothes’ and demand greater transparency in the fashion supply chain.

Koseli School is a center for slum and street children situated in Kathmandu, Nepal. These children live outside of the mainstream society. Thus, their biggest need is survival. Koseli means “a gift” and the center offers them a gift of happy childhood and education.

This Christmas, we decided to spread a little happiness and decided to gift the lovely kids of Koseli with their own tracksuits.

Remember we can't help everyone...But everyone can help someone. A small deed can lead to immense happiness and satisfaction.

The country's economy is at its all time low. Thousands of individuals have already been affected enough due to the quake. They have already been struggling enough to put together one meal a day for their families. Let's not make Nepal Bandh an excuse to stop working. Its just the fear in people that makes these protests stronger. If we go against these Bandhs, no one can stop us from our right to work.
