There is no guarantee that the color of our products is similar to what appears on the site.
2. Damages pieces should be notified within 24 hours of receipt and can be exchanged within 7 days of shipment. Buyer may choose for a replacement of the product (different design, quality, and color if same product is not available) or reimbursement of the paid amount.
4. Change of mind is not applicable
for exchange or return.
5. Products must not be cut or changed or used, or else they won’t be applicable for exchange or return.
6. For international shipments, custom duty /import duty if charged, has to be paid by the buyer.
7. Stitched suits will not be exchanged or returned for any issues.
8. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the buyer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by re-delivery shall be claimed from the buyer placing the order.
9. No returns on any sale items, no exceptions. A delivery charge will be applicable on products on sale.
10. Should you require any alteration on the semi-stitched or non-stitched garments, additional charges will apply.
