ORDER INFO:
Please drop us a message with the product code and your contact number. We understand that you may be eagerly anticipating for your product from Up&Sass which is why, we promise to get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your order. For some items, due to high demand, it is inevitable that they will be sold out quickly. And oh, did we mention that delivery is FREE in Kathmandu? In Dharan, there is a minimal delivery charge of 150 NRS.

ORDER AND DELIVERY:
• All orders are on ‘first come first serve’ basis.
• To place an order, please send us a message, which should include product code and your contact number.
• We will contact you on the given phone number to confirm the order and the place of delivery.
• Delivery will be made the very next day after confirmation.
• Payment is to be made in cash on delivery. RETURN POLICY:
• Customers may try the clothes at the time of delivery and make immediate return.
• We also accept returns up to 3 days from the day of the delivery provided the product is kept in its original condition, with tags still intact.
• Full refund will be made at the time of return.
• Some of the products cannot be refunded due to hygiene issues.
• Up&Sass has the right to refuse any refund if it does not meet our return policy.
• Sale items are not refundable. PRIVACY POLICY:
• We will not disclose any information (phone numbers, email ID, address) of our customers to third parties or anyone.
