Vaastu Laws: When you want to buy a plot of land you should see that it is as per vaastu principles so that it should make you a happier and prosperous at the new place
Vaastu, Like astrology, is a vast science. It is not possible for ordinary people to understand it fully, yet there are few important aspects which one should keep in view while buying a building or a plot of land.
1.Your Plot should be a"square or rectangular"
2. North-East should be the lowest point of your piece of land.
3. A river,canal,or tubewell in the north eastern side of your plot is very good.
4. Reject any site if a hill is towards North of East oy your plot.
5. The plot should not be in the neighbourdhood of any religous place, like temple,Public place, like marriage halls, hospital,courts,factories and burial or cremation ground.
6. The undergrount tank should be locate in north east and overhead tand is in south west.
7.A tulsi plat should be grown in North-Esat corner.
8. Every property must have a compound wall at least of about 7ft. height and the gate should be located in the favourable position only.
9. The main entrance Door should be in the exalted position only i.e. in the favourable direction.
10. The width of a door should be "half" of the height of the door.
11. Door must be central opening ( in side)
