Here's a tip to find the perfect size for you.

TIP: measure your waist circumference then refer to the Belly Circumference Chart for the most accurate assessment of which size will be best suited to you.

If you feel that you are right on the middle of two sizes, you should opt for the bigger size for more comfortable use.
