Dear customers.

Many thanks for all your work you’ve brought me over the last year. I’m very fortunate to have such lovely people use my little business.
As usual, I will be closing over the Xmas period and I will be closed from Wednesday 24th December through to the Monday 12th January (unless other arrangements have already been made).
I will be using this time to give my workshop a good spring clean and have a bit of a rest.
Also, I’m so sorry but my order book is now closed for the year and I cannot take any more work for delivery prior to reopening in January. Any more work I take now will mean pushing another customer’s job out, and I cannot do that.

Finally, may I take this opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I look forward to helping you with all your clothing alterations in the new year.

Dear customers
Thank you for your support over the last year and for being a part of my little business.
As some of you are aware I’ve had some trying dental matters over the last year so I’m now taking a “proper” holiday and taking time to relax. As usual, I will be closing over the holiday period (my last day is the 23rd December) and will reopen for customers on the Thursday 16th January

Hello.

Here is a short update. I’m currently back in my home country of Kosovo in the Balkan region of Europe where I am undergoing major dental reconstructive surgery. While this is going well, it’s taking a little longer than I anticipated. I was planning on returning on 15th Feb but I then had to put it out by a week as the surgeon said the bone grafts I had done yesterday, need time to heal before I can return home. This was then complicated by the airlines having no availability (at reasonable prices) for me to change my flights to. Therefore, much as it pains me to turn customers away I now won’t be back until 28th Feb. my husband has been out here for the last week to be with me but he is returning to NZ tomorrow and will be able to reply to texts/messages etc.
It breaks my heart every time I have to say I can’t help and I hope to be back and able to help you all again soon.

Ps it also means I’m missing out on the best weather NZ has seen for a good while :-( the temperature has been down to -13 here.

Dear customers

Thank you for your support over the last year and for being a part of my little business. I wish you happy holidays and a prosperous New Year.

My order book is now full and I cannot take any more work to be completed prior to the Christmas break

As usual, I will be closing over the holiday period but this season I will be extending my break for a little longer. In the New Year I am travelling back to my home country, as I have some personal matters I need to attend to. Because of this, I will not be reopening until early February (exact date to be confirmed)

During the time I’m away in January, my husband will still be at home in case you need to collect any items or drop things off for future alteration. He will also have my work phone and will be able to reply to any messages as and when his work permits. Any drop-offs will need to be clearly marked with what is required and I will address these upon my return.

Hi everyone.

I’m now back home having had a wonderful holiday. I’ll be open my usual hours of 9-7 every weekday except Tuesdays (closed) and from 5:30-7 on Saturday and Sunday evenings.
As before, please just message or text before you come so I know to expect you.

Hi everyone.
Many thanks for all your custom over the last year. This is just a short note to let you know, I will be closed from Saturday 26th August for a month’s break while I go and visit my husband’s and my family in the UK and Germany. I will be reopening on Wednesday 27th September (jet lag permitting :-) )
