Before I started my pakihi during lockdown, one of the roles I had was as a lecturer at AUT. I worked at the North and South Campus sites and taught in the area of Haoura Māori. I had the privilege of walking alongside some amazing students during that time, and I often wonder how they are doing. I hope they are well.

I also had the privilege of working alongside some amazing library staff (I was one in a previous life), and one highlight was the collaboration we did in the development of a Hauora Māori study guide for undergrads.

I'm still an academic but a different discipline. Might share that in another post 🙂
