A new update from our team:

We are pleased to advise our merino face masks (the non-filter version) are now back in stock.

Demand is still strong and we are doing our best to make sure we have enough stock to process your order quickly once it has been received.

Delivery times in NZ should be between 2 to 4 days, and for Australia 2 to 4 weeks (due to restricted flights and processing capacity at both NZ and Australian airports).

The 'merino face masks with filters' and the 'filter refills packs' are not available at this stage. However, if you need filter refills, please contact us directly on [email protected]

The latest information on our face masks

An update from our team:

Due to a recent surge in demand, there has been a delay in manufacturing and processing orders for our face mask products.

We have been overwhelmed by the support from our customers across New Zealand and Australia buying our NZ made merino face masks, and the influx of orders has been much larger than expected.

Demand is far exceeding our ability to supply at the moment. To ensure our team are able to fulfil our existing orders as quickly as we can, we are sorry to say that we cannot take any more face mask orders at this time.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. In the meantime, we are moving to increase production as fast as we can. We are sure you will understand also that the lockdown hasn’t helped.
