Loop Workwear's Lyocell fibers have been tested & are Certified as Compostable & Biodegradable in a wide range of environments. Naturally breaking down in 3-6 months. We even had it tested for breaking down in Fresh & Marine Water, because we understand in washing clothing. Textile waste does get into our waterways.
Loop Lyocell has truly sustainable life cycle. Made from the wood pulp of fast growing trees. it requires 95% less water to produce & requires 18% of the land space needed to grow, compared to Cotton.
