💜 RUMI HAIR TUTORIAL 💜
A very quick tutorial of one way that you can apply our prebraided ponytail.
Another way is to tie the ponytail straight after you have sectioned the front piece (before you section the rest) and this will eliminate the need for double handling.
✨️ Method from this video ✨️
1. Section the hair into 4 or 5 sections vertically.
2. Tie the prebraided ponytail onto the section at the front.
3. Tie each section together, working your way down.
4. Tie off the ponytail (this is to avoid seeing loose hair underneath).
5. Use a matching elastic and tie the ponytail to the bottom section of hair as well as the bottom of the ponytail.
Optional - add gold charms or spray the sides of the hair with purple hair spray.
✨️ Alternative method ✨️
1. Section a small area at the front of the hair (like the start of this video).
2. Attach the prebraided ponytail onto this section.
3. Continue to section the real hair into 4 or 5 sections, tieing each together on the way down.
4. Use a matching elastic and tie the ponytail to the bottom section of hair as well as the bottom of the ponytail.
💜 TIPS 💜
+ Make the section at the front small and close to the front of the head to ensure the braid does not start too far back
+ You can use bobby pins to section the ponytail to the real hair too for extra stability
+ If you are spraying the real hair purple, spray it after you have tied the sections, and you can also spray the bottom of the real hair ponytail to disguise it.
+ Use hair elastics that match the real hair or clear ones if you dont want them noticable
+ Use hair spray or gel if you want tight, neat sections.
🌈 Comment 💜 below if you want me to DM you the type of purple spray used here. It washes out of blonde hair so easily in the first wash!
