I'm Ella. One third of Nature's Sway. My husband and Mum are the other two thirds, but more on them soon!

☀️ I grew up in the Bay of Islands, but have lived in Auckland for the past 12 years

💕I'm married with two young kids

🎓I have a commerce degree from Victoria University of Wellington

🤝 My professional career is in HR but I am currently on Parental Leave from my full time corporate job

😎 As a family we love to travel, ski and mountain bike

💻 This is our first business and there is so much to learn but also so much fun to be had along the way

Hello! Kia ora! We are thrilled to share that Nature's Sway has re-opened and *most* products are available now on our website.

We are a local family based in the beautiful Bay of Islands, and as the new owners of Nature's Sway, we feel immense privilege to have taken the reins from sweet Terri. It is abundantly clear just how much love and energy Terri gave to Nature's Sway over many years, and we aspire to honour her legacy by continuing to provide much loved, stylish and sustainable New Zealand made products to parents and soon-to-be parents around the world.

Thank you for your patience while we've taken the time and space to get our heads around this small business gig, and thank you to Terri who will always be our guiding light 💫

Hi everyone, we have devastating news…

On Sunday, 29th Dec, we said goodbye to our darling Terri (the owner and sole operator of Natures Sway), who passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at her parents home in Kerikeri.

Terri leaves behind her loving partner and soulmate Matt, their two beautiful children, Jack (2 years old) and Daisy (3 months), and both the Staples and Williams families, who loved her deeply. She was an amazing mother, partner, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunty, niece, and a friend to so many.

Tez’s kindness, warmth, and endless love touched everyone who knew her. Her heart was so sweet and pure, and her care for those around her was immeasurable. We are left with hearts full of love but so so heavy with loss, as she was truly one of a kind.

Terri was the sole operator of Nature’s Sway and so we will not be able to supply any orders for the time being. We are trying to work out how we are going to continue supplying her products to her lovely customers, in the meantime thank you for your patience.

We are looking for expressions of interest from anyone who think they could be willing and able to continue the Nature’s Sway brand and legacy, taking over Terri’s business and continuing to supply parents with the quality, much loved products that have helped so many families and babies over the years.

There has been a givealittle page set up to give Matt and their kids some financial support as they navigate the difficult days ahead. Link in bio.
